blood glucose Skill Sets: fetal monitoring or cardiac monitoring
Patient Population: High acuity; language barriers, substance
abuse, chronic conditions affecting pregnancy 3 RNs and one tech
for most shifts May be required to float within New Life Center or
to other L&D units in Richmond Ratio*: 1:1-2 *All listed ratios
are subject to change based on staffing availability at the
facility. Ratios are never guaranteed but are what the unit
