Physician Assistant Bon Secours Commonwealth Internal Medicine –
Richmond, VA Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM |
Outpatient Only Bon Secours Commonwealth Internal Medicine in
Richmond, Virginia, is seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant to
join our growing primary care team. We care for adult patients
(18), providing comprehensive, patient-focused internal medicine
services in a supportive and collegial environment. Our practice is
committed to teamwork, compassion, and building a work “family”
where every provider and staff member supports one another to
deliver exceptional care. Position Highlights Patient Population:
Adults, 18 Average Patients/Day: 20 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30
AM–5:00 PM Call Schedule: Every 4th week After-hours call: 5:00
PM–7:30 AM (Mon–Fri), 24-hour call Saturday & Sunday Call is shared
and manageable, focusing on patient needs only Virtual Health:
Optional as needed based on patient demand A Typical Day Mix of
annual exams, follow-ups, and acute visits (in-person and virtual)
First patients begin at 7:30 AM (often virtual), in-person visits
start at 8:00 AM Last patient scheduled at 4:30 PM Dedicated admin
time for refills, patient messages, and charting Supported by 3
CMAs and 1 LPN Collaborative care alongside 2 physicians and 1
advanced practice clinician Qualifications Education: Master’s or
Doctorate in Physician Assistant Studies Licensure: Active Virginia
license (or eligibility) Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS
required Experience: New graduates welcome; experienced providers
