Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Opportunity – Clinical
Decision Unit RN – Virginia Start Date: December 8, 2025 Location:
Richmond, Virginia Compensation: Details provided to qualified
applicants Schedule: 12-hour shifts, every other weekend required
Highlights: Brand new 10-bed Clinical Decision Unit providing 24/7
telemetry monitoring for patients Manageable 5:1 patient ratio with
dedicated Patient Care Technician support Med/Surg telemetry
setting with diverse case mix and hands-on clinical procedures
including lab draws Meditech electronic health record system Float
to similar units or emergency department for telemetry holds as
needed Collaborative team environment with bedside shift reports
and hourly safety rounding protocols Requirements: Current RN
license in Virginia or compact state BLS and ACLS certification
required Must successfully pass hospital telemetry competency test
Med/Surg and telemetry experience strongly preferred Ability to
perform general telemetry procedures and venipuncture Why It's a
