Job Description:
Min USD $34.34/Hr. Max USD $53.23/Hr. Overview Using independent
judgment, perform a variety of procedures utilizing sonography

Qualifications Education: Enrolled in or a graduate of a recognized
AMA allied health training program.
Licensure/Certification/Registry: Must obtain RDMS within
twenty-four months of job acceptance. Maintain BLS CPR
Certification. Experience: Completion of an approved ultrasound
technology program or successful completion of at least 2 RDMS
certifications with graduation of an approved Ultrasound Technology
program pending. Responsibilities 1. Perform a variety of
diagnostic ultrasound procedures, interventional ultrasound and
sonographic vascular exams on outpatients of all ages, according to
established standards, policies, procedures, protocols and
guidelines. 1. Perform a variety of diagnostic ultrasound,
interventional ultrasound and sonographic vascular procedures on
inpatients (General, IMC and ICU) both in the department and
bedside via portable Sonography as needed, according to established
standards, policies, procedures, protocols and guidelines. 1.
Maintain technical skills relating to imaging factors. 1. Maintain
an excellent guest relations rapport with patients, visitors,
Physicians and fellow employees. 1. Embodies the Memorial Health

Monitor the condition of equipment and supplies to ensure safe and
efficient operations of the department. 1. Ensure proper recording
and transmission of patient information. 1. Comply with department
procedure regarding employee / patient incident reports. 1. Review
and recommend equipment / supply purchases. 1. Participate in
continuing education, meet requirements for all mandatory
in-services and maintain knowledge of current and new technology.
1. Performs other related work as required or requested. The intent
