Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CT Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Allied Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: CT Technologist - CT Tech Job Details: • Work with 2 CT scanners (GE and Phillips) • Perform 80-100 scans per day • Typical procedures include abdomen/pelvis, biopsies, head, spines, brains, chest, and CTA scans • Work with EMR systems including Meditech and GE Centricity Pacs • Day shift: 3 technologists, Evening shift: 2 technologists, Night shift: 1 technologist • Weekend shifts available with 12-hour shifts • Weekend call coverage required (24 hours) • Must have CT registry and current CT experience • Virginia state license required • ARRT-CT certification required • GE or Phillips experience preferred • Navy scrubs required • Must be able to multitask, easily adjust to change, and work as a team player • No floating to other areas required Facility: This healthcare facility operates a comprehensive CT imaging department equipped with advanced diagnostic technology.
