shift available; every other weekend required; 2:1 patient ratio
(may surge to 1:3) Highlights: 11-bed Intensive Care Unit caring
for high-acuity, critically ill patients Work with ventilators,
assist with intubations, bronchoscopy, SLED, TEE, and
cardioversions Utilize Meditech EMR and GE bedside monitoring
equipment Collaborative team environment with 3–5 RNs per shift and
unit support staff Float opportunities to PCU, Telemetry, and ER
(for hold patients only) No on-call required Requirements: Active
Virginia RN license or ability to obtain ICU nursing experience
required ACLS and BLS certifications (must be current) Ability to
monitor cardiac rhythms, recognize changes, and escalate care
appropriately Experience caring for critically ill patients on life
