be considered. Provide expert nursing care in a dynamic Step-Down
Unit specializing in cardiac and acute care patients. This contract

parks nearby. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive nursing
care for Step-Down patients, maintaining a 4:1 patient ratio Manage
cardiac drips including Diltiazem, Amiodarone, Dobutamine,
Milrinone, and Nitroglycerin Monitor and support patients requiring
BIPAP, CPAP, High Flow oxygen, and chest tube management Perform
bedside cardioversions as needed with Cath Lab collaboration for
patient recovery Conduct thorough documentation using Expanse
electronic medical records Participate in mandatory bedside shift
reports and shift huddles for all patients Adhere to unit policies,
including punctual attendance and dress code of navy blue or white
scrubs Qualifications and Experience Current RN license with
demonstrated Step-Down nursing expertise ACLS certification
required Strong cardiac care skills, especially with cardiac drips
and respiratory support devices Ability to work every other weekend
and holidays or fill difficult shifts Comfortable floating to other
step-down or medical-surgical units as needed Unit Benefits and
