A West Virginia-based healthcare system seeks a Hematologist/Oncologist for a 100% OUTPATIENT practice setting located within a 2.5-hour drive to both Washington, DC and Pittsburgh. About the Practice: Experienced support staff, including 2 nurse practitioners, RNs, MAs, and office staff On-site infusion center Average 15 patients/day NO CALL 4-day Clinic / 1-day Administration Academic appointment available if desired Compensation/Benefits: Salary $550,000 productivity bonus including Medical/Vision/Dental/Life/Disability Insurances Sign-on bonus and Retention bonus Relocation allowance PTO - 24 days plus ALL federal holidays off and floating holidays CME - 5 days off/$6,000 allowance Paid malpractice Flex spending accounts Retirement Plans - 401(a), 403(b) and 457(b) Community/Location: The area includes outdoor activities, including hiking, backpacking, biking, underground caverns, snow skiing, and fly fishing!
