Ability to care for critically ill patients Ability to monitor rhythm strips, recognize changes, and escalate to physicians timely ICU nursing experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Care for high acuity patients, including ventilators Assist with intubation and bronchoscopy at bedside SLED TEE and Cardioversions Best personality Fit: High energy, believes in teamwork, great critical thinking skills, positive attitude with ability to adapt to changes quickly.
