the Position Locum - Physician - OB Hospitalist North Chesapeake,

DO degree with active physician licensure in Virginia or ability to
obtain Board Certification or Eligibility in Obstetrics and
Gynecology (OB-GYN) or Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) Proven
experience in obstetric inpatient care, labor and delivery, and
emergency obstetric procedures Excellent clinical judgment, strong
communication skills, and ability to work efficiently in
high-pressure situations Properly credentialed and in compliance
with hospital policies and protocols Nice to Have Skills Experience
with electronic medical records systems (EMR) Ability to perform
interventions such as cesarean deliveries and emergency procedures
Bilingual capabilities or additional language skills Preferred
Education and Experience Medical degree from an accredited
institution At least 2 years of recent obstetric hospitalist or
inpatient obstetric experience Valid DEA and state medical license
in good standing Other Requirements Valid medical licensure and
board certification in obstetrics or gynecology Ability to work
weekends, specifically on a scheduled weekend shift basis Travel,
licensure, certification, and related reimbursements applicable as
