Our Speech Pathologists play a critical role in enhancing patient lives, focusing on functional speech, voice, language, communication, and swallowing interventions. We pride ourselves on a commitment to excellent patient care and innovative treatment plans in the communities we serve. Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders. Formulate and deliver individualized treatment plans based on patient-specific needs. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to integrate speech therapy with overall patient care. Maintain patient records and document treatment progress. Educate patients and families on speech disorders and communication techniques. Provide guidance and supervision to speech therapy assistants and aides. Expertise in various speech therapy techniques. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Proficiency in electronic health record systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
