Job Description:
Ivy Rehab, a leader in outpatient physical therapy services, is
looking to expand its specialized services to include applied
behavior analysis (ABA) for clients with behavioral needs. We are
seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join
our team. This role involves assessing patient needs, designing
behavior intervention plans, and collaborating extensively with
other healthcare professionals to provide holistic and tailored
care solutions. Our ideal candidate will contribute to our mission
of delivering evidence-based, patient-centric care by implementing
high-quality behavioral therapy and support. Conduct behavioral
assessments and formulate clear, effective behavior intervention
plans. Implement ABA therapy programs and monitor patient progress.
Educate family and other caregivers on behavior strategies and
interventions. Maintain accurate records and data to track client
progress and provide professional analysis. Collaborate with
physical, occupational, and speech therapists to integrate care and
optimize patient outcomes. Strong analytical skills to assess
client needs and develop effective intervention plans. Excellent
communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and
interdisciplinary teams. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks
and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in ABA
therapy tools and software. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance

Behavior Analysis (BCBA) - Mandatory. Licensed to practice in the
state - as applicable.
