Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: Lynchburg, VA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,321 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified OR RN in Lynchburg, Virginia, 24501! Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 10H Day Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years in relevant specialty with strong orthopedic background required License: Active VA / Compact License required Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - BLS Certification - Strong orthopedic background - 2 years of experience in relevant specialty - Active VA / Compact License Description: This position is for an Operating Room Registered Nurse. Candidates are expected to work 4 shifts of 10 hours each. Assignments will end on Saturdays. You will be required to take 1-2 nights of call per week. Three weekend call shifts (24 hours) are expected during a 10-week period. Call response time is 30 minutes. Local candidates will not be accepted for this position. Prior travel experience is required. All requests for time off must be included in the application packet. The client reserves the right to cancel assignments up to 36 hours prior due to census changes. Candidates must have an active BLS certification. Cerner experience is preferred.
