Job Description:
Aveanna Healthcare, a premier provider of home healthcare and
pediatric therapy, is seeking a passionate and skilled Registered
Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor. This position
offers the opportunity to enhance service delivery by ensuring high
standards of care and compliance while mentoring a team of
healthcare professionals. Located across the United States, we
support a home-based model that empowers patients in their own
environments, focusing on both pediatric and adult care. This role
requires a dynamic leader who is adept at multi-tasking, managing
clinical operations, and delivering educational support to staff
while upholding our commitment to patient-centric care. Oversee the
clinical operations and ensure compliance with health care laws and
regulations. Monitor patient care for quality adherence and
improvement opportunities. Lead, develop, and mentor nursing staff
to ensure professional growth and high standard care delivery.
Collaborate with other healthcare team members to plan and
implement patient-centered care strategies. Manage case
assignments, coordinate with other supervisory staff, and conduct
patient home visits as needed. Evaluate staff performance and
provide feedback and coaching. Ensure documentation and care
planning are accurately maintained. Strong leadership and team
management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) software In-depth
knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards Ability to
handle high pressure situations and make informed decisions Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the residing state Basic
Life Support (BLS) certification required Certified Pediatric Nurse
(CPN) or similar preferred
