Job Description:
ChenMed, a leader in providing superior healthcare services to
seniors, is seeking an experienced Chief Clinical Officer to
oversee all clinical operations across our nationwide network. The
ideal candidate will bring a strategic vision to increase
efficiency and effectiveness of patient care services, while
ensuring our standards align with regulatory requirements and our
core mission of compassionate, comprehensive medical care for the
elderly. As a key executive, you will collaborate with other senior
leaders to drive innovations in patient care and integrate
cutting-edge technology and practices into our clinics. Develop and
implement clinical strategies and policies to ensure optimal
patient care and compliance with healthcare regulations. Lead and
mentor the clinical management team across all locations. Oversee
the integration of technological advancements in healthcare
delivery. Monitor and ensure compliance with current healthcare
laws, accrediting body standards, and professional regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to align clinical goals with
overall business objectives. Report to the CEO and board of
directors on clinical activities, progress, and challenges.
Strategic planning and leadership in healthcare Expertise in
clinical operations and regulatory compliance Strong communication
and interpersonal skills Ability to spearhead teams across diverse
locations Proficiency in healthcare IT systems Medical Insurance

certification in a relevant medical specialty Valid medical license
