Job Description:
Our client, a leading healthcare provider specializing in
behavioral health services, is seeking a dedicated and
compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) - Crisis Program to join their
team. As a Registered Nurse (RN) - Crisis Program, you will be part
of the Crisis Care Department supporting individuals during
critical behavioral health episodes. The ideal candidate will
demonstrate empathy, resilience, and excellent communication
skills, which will align successfully within the organization. Job
Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Crisis Program Location: Chester, VA
Pay Range: PRN- per client Shift: PRN- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
10am-3pm What's the Job? Conduct comprehensive assessments of
clients experiencing behavioral health crises Develop and implement
individualized care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary
team Provide crisis intervention and stabilization services,
including de-escalation techniques Maintain accurate and timely
documentation in compliance with regulatory standards What's
Needed? Current and valid RN license in the state of Virginia
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred Minimum of 2 years of
experience in psychiatric or behavioral health nursing Strong
clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Knowledge of
crisis intervention techniques and de-escalation strategies What's
