Responsibilities: Lead & Supervise Nursing Staff - Manage daily
staffing needs, ensuring adequate coverage and quality resident
care. Staff Development & Training - Assist in ongoing education,
ensuring all staff are equipped to provide exceptional care. Direct
Resident Care - Provide hands-on nursing care, ensuring residents'
medical needs are met in accordance with individualized care plans.
Resident Assessments - Conduct and document comprehensive
evaluations upon admission and throughout their stay. Treatment
Planning & Compliance - Assist in developing and implementing
personalized treatment plans while ensuring adherence to resident
rights and facility policies. Recruit & Retain Nursing Talent -
Play a key role in the hiring and retention of skilled nursing
professionals. Conflict Resolution & Advocacy - Address concerns
from residents and families, ensuring grievances are handled
professionally and effectively. Drive Continuous Improvement -
Implement new ideas, enhance processes, and support a positive,
results-driven management team . Minimum Qualifications Current,
unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
practice. Minimum 3 years of nursing experience (preferred in
long-term care, skilled nursing, or a similar setting). At least 1
year of experience in nursing administration. Strong leadership,
team-building, and decision-making skills. Compassionate and
dedicated to providing superior resident care. Ability to work
weekends with flexibility and adaptability. Completion of Preceptor
Training (or willingness to complete upon hire). Pay and Benefits
