abuse. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Clinical
Program Manager to join our Portsmouth and/or Norfolk team. In this
leadership role, you will oversee the mental health and substance
abuse treatment program, ensuring effective delivery of services,
supervising staff, and maintaining high-quality care for our
clients. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and mentor a team of
QMHPs, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent and
effective treatment delivery. Ensure all client paperwork,
including progress notes, treatment plans, and other documentation,
is completed thoroughly and on time. Conduct biopsychosocial and
comprehensive assessments to assess the needs of clients and
develop individualized treatment plans. Complete and submit
authorization requests to insurance providers in a timely manner.
Ensure that all program activities are in compliance with state
regulations and industry best practices. Provide ongoing training
and support to staff to enhance program delivery and maintain a
high standard of care. Track and report on client progress and
outcomes to ensure the effectiveness of treatment interventions.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and
address any concerns or issues that arise. Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work,
Counseling, or a related field. Licensed type or Qualified Mental
Health Professional with a minimum of 3 years’ experience required.
Experience conducting biopsychosocial, comprehensive assessments
and the ability to develop individualized treatment plans. In-depth
understanding of insurance authorizations and documentation
requirements. Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure deadlines
are met in a fast-paced environment. Experience in facilitating
group therapy sessions and managing diverse client needs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong leadership skills, with
the ability to motivate and guide a team of professionals.
Knowledge of substance abuse disorders, treatment modalities, and
recovery principles. Skilled in conducting assessments and creating
treatment plans tailored to individual needs. Excellent written and
verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage documentation,
including progress notes and treatment plans. Knowledge of
insurance processes and ability to complete authorizations
effectively. Ability to maintain professional boundaries while
establishing a supportive and caring environment for clients.
Strong problem-solving and crisis intervention skills. Company
