Health Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in our mission by
providing high-quality counseling to our diverse clientele,
utilizing our seamless connection platform that integrates with
insurance providers to simplify therapy access. This role demands a
compassionate approach, a strong commitment to professional ethics,
and a dedication to helping clients navigate their mental health
journeys effectively. Provide individual and group therapy sessions
using evidence-based psychological methods and practices. Assess
client needs and develop tailored treatment plans. Maintain
confidential records and provide timely documentation of therapy
sessions. Collaborate with other mental health professionals to
ensure a comprehensive approach to healthcare. Continually assess
and stay informed of current methodologies in mental health
treatment. Advocate for the importance of mental health and the
destigmatization of mental health care. Proficiency in various
therapeutic techniques and modalities such as CBT, DBT,
psychoanalysis, or EMDR. Strong interpersonal and communication
skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with
confidentiality and discretion. Skills in crisis intervention and
risk assessment. Comfortable using digital platforms for therapy
session management and documentation. Medical Insurance Valid state
license as a Mental Health Counselor or equivalent. Certified
Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CCMHC) certification
preferred.
