Conduct initial assessments with clients to determine their needs and suitability for therapy. Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on clients’ psychological evaluations. Provide regular therapy sessions to clients using appropriate therapeutic interventions. Regularly review and update client treatment plans to reflect progress and changing needs. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care to clients. Utilize the SonderMind platform to manage caseloads, schedule sessions, and track client progress. Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated with advancements in the field. Proficiency in various therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, EMDR Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially Competence in handling and adapting to diverse client needs Skill in using technology platforms for health management Medical Insurance Licensed to practice in the state (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT) Certification in specialized therapeutic techniques preferred
