Headway, a leader in mental health innovation, is seeking a skilled Licensed Psychologist to join our dedicated team. At Headway, we improve the traditional pathways to mental health care by streamlining access to qualified therapists and integrating insurance coverage. As a Licensed Psychologist within our network, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality therapeutic services, utilizing evidence-based practices to foster mental wellness and enhance patient outcomes. Conduct psychological assessments and provide psychotherapy to a diverse client population. Collaborate with healthcare providers to create comprehensive care plans. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and treatment plans. Keep accurate client records and manage cases with respect to confidentiality and ethical guidelines. Engage in continuous education and training sessions to remain updated with the latest in psychological research and therapy techniques. Advocate for mental health awareness and assist in community outreach programs. Proficient in various therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, and psychoanalysis. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems. Adaptability to work with diverse populations and varying mental health issues. Valid state license to practice psychology. Board Certification in Clinical Psychology preferred.
