Physical Medicine & Rehab (PM&R) - Medical Director ? Post-Acute Care - Tucson, AZ Opportunity Overview Seeking a PM&R physician for a Medical Director role in post-acute care across inpatient rehab, skilled nursing facilities in the Tucson area. This is a flexible, full-time opportunity with strong clinical and administrative support, leadership development, and uncapped earning potential. Schedule Options ? Full-time: 4?5 days/week ? 7 on / 7 off ? Day call weekdays and weekends ? After-hours/night backup call only ? No primary night call Clinical Responsibilities ? Post-acute rounding ? Comprehensive patient assessments and care planning ? Ongoing care coordination with interdisciplinary teams ? Patient and family education ? Accurate, timely documentation ? Participate in quality initiatives and facility collaboration ? Access to formal leadership training and mentorship Compensation & Benefits ?
