Carolina Setting: Community Hospital Emergency Department Position
Type: BE/BC Emergency Medicine Physician Quick-Screen Requirements
Licenses & Certifications Board Eligible or Board Certified –
REQUIRED (Emergency Medicine) Experience / Skills Trained to manage
a full-service ED Comfortable working in a moderate-volume
community setting Willing to work 10-hour shifts , including
weekends/holidays as scheduled Candidate Fit Seeking providers who
value coastal living work-life balance Team-oriented physicians who
can collaborate with APPs Open to a stable monthly shift commitment
Position Highlights Employed by physician group Hospital privileges
at local community hospital 14 shifts per month (10-hour shifts) ED
team structure: 6 physicians 9 APPs 21-bed Emergency Department
Annual patient volume: ~23,100 visits/year Telestroke support
available Strong community presence and engagement Excellent local
