Job Description:
Ivy Rehab is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Outpatient
Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary
team at our state-of-the-art facility. Our network, a leader in
rehabilitation services, emphasizes a holistic, personalized
approach to patient care, specifically within the scope of
pediatric speech therapy. As a valued member of our team, you will
play a pivotal role in assessing and treating speech, voice,
communication, and swallowing disorders in children, helping them
to improve their abilities and achieve their developmental
milestones. Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' speech and
language abilities to establish treatment goals. Develop and
implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's
specific needs. Monitor and document patients' progress, adapting
treatment as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Collaborate with
a multidisciplinary team including physical therapists,
occupational therapists, and healthcare professionals to provide
comprehensive care. Educate families and caregivers on how to
support the patient's speech and language development outside of
therapy sessions. Maintain accurate and confidential patient
records in accordance with legal and ethical standards. Strong
knowledge of speech-language pathology theory and practice.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to design
and execute detailed therapeutic interventions. Proficient in using
technology and therapy software programs. Capability to work
compassionately with children and their families. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid state
license in Speech-Language Pathology. Certificate of Clinical
Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) issued by the
American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
