Expertise in specific surgical techniques and practices Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Board Certified or Board Eligible in a surgical specialty Current and valid state medical license
