Job Summary and Qualifications You will be responsible for the clinical management of the patient while assuring satisfaction of our customers (patients, visitors, physicians and other staff members.) You will participate in and understand Quality Management activities while promoting cost effective unit operations. A key responsibility for you will be documenting nursing care in Meditech. Members of our team actively participate in the orientation of new personnel, and have willingness to identify or assume activities relative to the developmental needs of unit and the nursing department. What qualifications you will need: Must hold a current license from the Virginia Board of Nursing (or multi-state compact license with eligibility to practice in Virginia. Graduation from an accredited school of nursing, Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred At least two years of previous nursing experience in an acute care facility required.
