Job Description:

seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Registered Nurse to join our team.
In this role, you will work in a dynamic environment to deliver
exceptional psychiatric nursing care to patients with various
mental health conditions. You will collaborate with a
multidisciplinary team to execute personalized treatment plans and
ensure the best outcomes for our patients at our state-of-the-art
facilities. Assess, plan, and administer nursing care to
psychiatric patients in accordance with physician orders and
treatment plans Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and
other healthcare professionals to implement and adjust individual
patient care plans Monitor patient progress and make necessary
adjustments to care plans Administer medications as prescribed and
monitor for side-effects Educate patients and their families on
treatment modalities, management of illnesses, and lifestyle
choices Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory
requirements Strong psychiatric and mental health knowledge
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Capability to
manage stress and make critical decisions under pressure
Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Certification in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing (PMH-BC)
