Job Description:

communities across our expansive network of nearly 2,000 care
sites, including hospitals and surgery centers. As a Psychiatric
RN, you will focus on delivering empathetic, evidence-based
psychiatric care aimed at improving patient outcomes in accordance
with our mission to care for and improve human life. Assess, plan,
implement, and evaluate nursing care for psychiatric patients.
Provide direct patient care while observing emotional, social, and
spiritual needs. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to
formulate individualized care plans. Administer medications and
treatments as prescribed and monitor for efficacy and side effects.
Record patients' medical histories and symptoms, including
observations and assessments. Educate patients and their families
on treatment plans and mental health management. Ensure compliance
with hospital protocols, safety standards, and therapeutic
interventions. Proficient in psychiatric care and medication
administration Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills Medical

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of
employment. Certified Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) certification
preferred.
