Job Description:

We’re seeking an experienced CT Tech for a permanent role with an outpatient healthcare client in Rockville, MD where you’ll be responsible for accurately interpreting a physician’s scanning instructions, skillfully administering contrast materials, and expertly operating CT scan equipment. Minimum Requirements: 1 year experience preferred as a CT Technologist in diagnostic imaging or related setting. Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology. Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification. ARRT (R) and/or ARRT (CT) may be required to meet state regulations. State licensure if required by Maryland regulations. BLS certification as required by state regulations or employer policy. Demonstrated ability to administer contrast and follow physician scanning protocols. Effective communication and interpersonal skills with patients, guests, and colleagues. Ability to remain professional and exercise sound judgment in all situations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and solve complex problems.
