The Lobby Bar@Quirk hotel Richmond, Va. is in search for a sous chef with experience in hotel, event and or multi-outlet operations. The Lobby Bar is a fine dining/upscale casual restaurant and lounge. We offer a shared plates concept utilizing flavors of southern europe, south and central america and asia. Our ideal candidate is passionate about food and has a goal of being an executive chef. A minimum of 2 years experience in the sous chef role is a must. All applicants are required to perform a tasting dinner.We offer competitive pay and full benefits to all full time employees.
