We are looking to add a Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) to our
family. Our GSS will be responsible for driving top notch guest
experience while facilitating the completion of all store level

making sure they are performing all the job duties implemented by
management. • Coaching employees by giving them constructive
feedback to help perform certain tasks. • Greet guests and provide
an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone. • Adhere to the
execution of established safety, security, quality and store
operations policies, procedures, and practices. • Operate the point
of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash
levels. • Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed
(cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash etc). •
Ensure the 24/7 execution of all guest service programs and
processes. • Responsible for all cash processes which includes
deposit preparation, lottery, gift cards, and checks where
applicable. • Always replenishes products to ensure in-stock
conditions. • Address inquiries and complaints from guests. • Check
in external and internal vendors per established guidelines. “Fuel”

• Must be available to work flexible hours that may include day,
nights, weekends and or holidays • Must be efficient and organized
• Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for position. •
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. •
Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling
floor, stock area, and register area. • Ability to reach, bend,
twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs during a
shift. • Work in intermittent temperatures (i.e. cooler, outside,
etc.,) Education • High School Diploma or GED Pay Range: $14.88 -
$18.09 The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final
amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on
factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge,
skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves
the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons
related to individual performance, Company or individual
