Job Description:
Aramark is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Food Service Manager
for Elizabeth City State University to oversee the daily operations
of campus dining services. This role is crucial for maintaining the
high standards of food quality, service, and safety expected by our
clients. The Food Service Manager will be responsible for managing
staff, coordinating menus, and ensuring all food service operations
align with Aramarks commitment to excellence and innovation. This
position offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in
enhancing the dining experience for students, faculty, and visitors
while adhering to budget and maintaining Aramark's high operational
standards. Manage day-to-day operations of the dining services
department Lead and train staff to ensure top performance in line
with Aramark standards Plan and implement menus in collaboration
with chefs and dietitians Oversee inventory, ordering supplies, and
managing budget constraints Ensure compliance with health and food
safety standards Resolve customer complaints and adjust services to
meet customer satisfaction Analyze service data to lead quality
improvements and innovations Leadership and team management Strong
organizational and planning skills Budget management Knowledge of
health, safety, and food handling standards Customer service
orientation Proficiency in using food service management software
