Job Description:

Andy Frain Services is seeking a dedicated Crowd Control Officer to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining safety and security at various events and venues, including airports and large-scale gatherings. The Crowd Control Officer will be responsible for managing crowds, ensuring public safety, and providing a secure environment for all attendees and clients. Candidates should be highly vigilant, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work flexibly under dynamic conditions. This position demands a high level of professionalism and an ability to react quickly to different scenarios to uphold the safety and security standards that Andy Frain Services promises to our clients. Monitor and manage the crowd to prevent bottlenecks and ensure smooth ingress and egress at event locations. Assist in the development and implementation of crowd control plans. Respond to emergencies and incidents within the area promptly and efficiently. Cooperate with law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary. Conduct security checks as required to ensure no prohibited items are brought into secured areas. Provide guidance and information to guests and attendees during events. Regularly report to the security team lead or event manager on crowd behavior and any potential security threats. Ability to analyze and manage large groups of people effectively Strong interpersonal and communication skills Capability to work under pressure and make quick decisions Physical fitness to stand and patrol for long hours Knowledge of public safety and security protocols Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification in First Aid and CPR Security Officer Certification or equivalent as required by local regulations
