We proudly embrace our values, as they define the qualities we impart in our team and our organization. General Summary The Draft Beer Service Technician is a full-time, entry-level position. This role is expected to be exposed to and understand how draft beer systems operate, to successfully clean and maintain those systems. NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED - you will receive paid, on-the-job training working with your dedicated team and supervisors. Executing these skillful services ensures that every pint poured has the intended quality and taste, overall improving both client and customer satisfaction. Enjoy a balanced work-life schedule having most evenings, weekends, and holidays off, with only occasional overtime required during high-volume periods. Duties and Responsibilities Establish and maintain relationships with customers. Drive daily to designated account on route. Clean and maintain draft beer systems. Provide basic maintenance (fixing pouring issues, changing faucets and couplers). Diagnose and solve draft problems. (For example: Temperature and pressure issuers) Communicate with Manager any account issues Ensure surveys are completed after cleaning, service call or delivery. Responsible for maintaining cleaning supplies and stock in vehicle. Comply with all company, state, distributor and brewer procedures, guidelines, and regulations. Assist Special Event department as needed with working events while earning overtime pay. Assist Draft Service Manager in daily functions, as requested. Must be in complete uniform and always remain courteous. Overtime opportunities (nights and weekends) Four 10-hour days (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM) Required Experience and Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years of age. Must have a valid Driver’s License. Must be able to lift 50 plus lbs. Required Skills and Experience: Good interpersonal and communication skills Familiarity with drought products and accounts Problem solving/analytical skills Project management skills Some Technical/Mechanical experience is a plus What Do We Offer?
