workplace.**What You'll Be Doing:****What You'll Be Doing:**+ Lead
full-cycle recruiting efforts and managing a req load of up to 35+
positions within IT/technical roles.+ Meet regularly with hiring
leaders to prioritize openings and allocate time and resources
against needs accordingly+ Work closely hiring leaders to identify
and solve potential bottlenecks or challenges in the hiring
process+ Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies and
action plans in filling high priority roles+ Encourage engagement
with leaders to help drive positive outcomes for hiring efforts+
Collaborate with hiring managers in order to pipeline for future
hiring needs and identify crucial skillsets+ Engage with candidates
throughout the process in order to create the ideal candidate
experience+ Utilize behavioral based interviewing techniques and
help drive continued client adoption+ Use and update our Applicant
Tracking System - Workday - for all activity**Preferred Experience
We Look For:**+ 4+ years of recruiting for IT/Technical roles.+
Capability and desire to learn, grow, advance in a recruiting
organization that is expanding with the company+ An entrepreneurial
spirit and thrives in a quick-moving, dynamic environment+ Ability
to adapt and belief in taking smart risks+ Analytical mindset that
can identify and solve problems+ Fluent in social recruiting tools,
including LinkedIn Recruiter+ Advanced web recruiting skills
(Boolean search techniques, etc.)+ Workday recruiting experience+
Utilizes external communities and meet-up groups as part of
recruiting process+ Excellent organizational skills and attention
to detail+ Ability to multitask, prioritize, adapt to change, and
work well under pressure in an entrepreneurial
environment**Technical Requirements:**Currently, Evolent employees
work remotely temporarily due to COVID-19. As such, we require that
all employees have the following technical capability at their
home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all
call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home
internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject
to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office
locations.Evolent Health is committed to the safety and wellbeing

position is $75,000, plus benefits. Salaries are determined by the
skill set required for the position and commensurate with
experience and may vary above and below the stated amounts.
