Job Description:

Qualifications

Minimum of one to two years of proven payroll experience.
Ability to prioritize under deadlines with excellent time management skills.
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.Responsibilities
- Responsible for the preparation and processing of biweekly and monthly payroll.
- Reviews and ensures accuracy of approved timesheets.
- Conducts audits of employee time record to ensure compliance with all wage and hour laws.
- Coordinates review with department managers and ensure both employee and supervisor approve any adjustments.
- Setting up new hires, posting changes to current employees, and processing termination paperwork by established policies and procedures.
