Job Description:
Job Duties: Execute recruitment efforts, activities and
marketing strategies to attract and enroll undergraduate students
and to enhance the visibility of NSIJ to execute the goals as
described in the Strategic Enrollment Plan and Undergraduate
Admissions and Recruitment plan. Minimum qualifications: 1.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills as well as
demonstrated interpersonal skills presenting to large and small
audiences. 2. Knowledge and understanding of application/evaluation
processing operations, student administration systems, recruitment
and territory management, higher education marketing, and a variety
of computer software (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Power
Point and Publisher). 3. Experience using technology in a higher
education setting, preferably in admissions. Knowledge of available
technology resources and employing technology (CRM, social media,
website) in a recruitment/communication plan. 4. Experience with
Colleague and Informer preferred. 5. Excellent spoken and written
communication skills and well as demonstrated interpersonal skills.
6. Knowledge and understanding of application/evaluation processing
operations, student administration systems, recruitment and
territory management, higher education marketing, and a variety of
computer software( i.e. Microsoft Office Suite). 7. Bachelor's
Degree. Additional Considerations: Masters Degree preferred.
