Recruiter - Staff Augmentation (Maryland/Virginia Area)

Our Supplemental Engineering Services team is growing and we are
looking for a full life cycle Technical Recruiter to join our team.
In this unique role you will be supporting both contract and
permanent placements in support Presidio's End-Clients.
* Individually source and identify candidates utilizing current job
boards and our extensive database.
* Conduct in-depth phone screens to qualify candidates and to
ensure that they meet the technical requirements for our client's
* Handle all stages of the recruiting process from sourcing,
scheduling, negotiating, on-boarding, maintaining relationships and
troubleshooting resource issues.
* Maintain and record accurate candidate information within
Applicant Tracking System.
* Continuously grow and maintain a strong pipeline of technical
talent within our ATS.
* Partner with the Sales and Engineering teams to ensure
fulfillment of requisitions.
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
* Candidates must have 3-6 years of full cycle technical recruiting
experience in an agency setting.
* Technical or Engineering background preferred.
* Recruiting in Federal space preferred.
* Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
* Strong customer service, a great attitude, and a passion for
recruiting are a must.
