We offer end-to-end specialty-specific solutions from practice management, through EMR to Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) that help our clients maximize their efficiencies.As we continue our hyper-growth trajectory, we are hiring Strategic Regional Sales Manager to manage the sales process for Modernizing Medicine's revolutionary suite of software solutions, including Electronic Medical Assistant - (EMA---), Practice Management, Analytics, and Telehealth---. We have sales positions open in Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, Otolaryngology, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, Gastroenterology, Podiatry, OB/GYN and Urology. In this role, you will work with Inside Sales Consultants to manage the sales process by prospecting and engaging new and existing leads, facilitating remote and onsite product demonstrations to specialty practices, and negotiating contracts to close a significant volume of business.Your Role
    • Define and execute territory sales plans and then meet and exceed sales goals (quotas) through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities within the assigned geographic territory
    • Proactively cultivate and develop relationships with prospective clients to identify, qualify and develop quality sales opportunities as part of the sales team focusing on new business
    • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to consistently close business within assigned specialty, territory, and segment
    • Manage sales cycles from lead to close, including quote creation and contract negotiations
    • Utilize consultative selling skills to build trusted relationships with prospective customers
    • Develop strong product and industry knowledge to demo Modernizing Medicine products to prospective clients effectively
    • Complete remote and onsite software demonstrations of our suite of solutions with the assistance of sales solution engineers
    • Leverage internal resources throughout the sales cycle, including product support and sales engineering
    • Ensure data integrity and accurate forecasting by entering and maintaining accurate and useful customer data, including customer contact information and interactions in our Salesforce CRM software
    • Actively participate in industry-relevant trade showsWhat You Bring
      • Bachelor's degree is preferred
      • Ability to travel up to 30%
      • 5+ years of demonstrated success in a full-cycle sales role
      • Experience selling complex SaaS, Cloud, or software-based solutions into new accounts
      • EMR/Healthcare, Practice Management or RCM Software sales experience is a plus
      • Experience cultivating mutually beneficial relationships with strategic partners
      • Experience working cross functionally and collaboratively
      • Proven track record in managing sales cycles & successful revenue attainment
      • Consultative selling, pipeline management & negotiating skills
      • Ability to engage prospective clients through product demonstrations
      • Ability to quickly learn the medical specialty you are selling into
      • Ability to flex and adapt to different situations
      • Professional, polished and engaging communication and presentation skills
