  • Published an annual DE&I report (https://dev.evolenthealth.com/sites/default/files-public/Evolent%20Health%202020%20DE%26I%20Annual%20Report.pdf) to share our progress on how were building an equitable workplace.What Youll Be Doing:Who Youll Be Working With: Our Technical team at New Century Health is looking for a Scrum Master to be part of the Enterprise Data Warehouse & Business Intelligence (EDWBI) team to help manage product development processes following Agile methodology and SCRUM.What Youll Be Doing: This position will be responsible to deliver quality features development in a SCRUM environment ensuring that members of the team follow through on their respective duties and responsibilities. The core duties include :
    • Integrate current delivery approach into an Agile SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) process and customize it to serve New Century Health needs
    • Guides and coaches the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers.
    • Responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines on day-to-day basis. Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
    • Develop and use metrics to ensure successful delivery and predictability of the development operations and quality standards
    • Resolves team impediments with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization.The Experience Youll Need (Required):
      • Bachelors degree and 4 years of product or project development experience, or 3 years of project development experience on an Agile Team or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
      • Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization and an understanding of facilitation technique
      • Scrum Master or Agile certification (SAFe, PSM, CSM, CSP, CST, PMI-ACP, etc.)
      • Hand-on experience with Azure DevOps Or TFS as SCRUM management tool.Finishing Touches (Preferred):
        • Healthcare experience with Medical claims data is preferred.
        • Experience with Confluence and Aha tools.Technical Requirements:Currently, Evolent employees work remotely temporarily due to COVID-19. As such, we require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router.
