Blue Balloon ABA - Blue Balloon ABA is growing and looking for

reach the services that will assist them in realizing their fullest
potential!
As the Business Developer, you will be responsible for the
following:
Development of new business to drive referral pipeline within your
territory by building relationships with a variety of clients,
including but not limited to pediatricians, community centers,
provider advocacy groups, diagnosticians, clinics, and schools to
support Blue Balloon ABA's strategic vision, goals, and growth
strategies across multiple states.
Driving the sales and marketing strategies in order to promote Blue
Balloon ABA's services and brand recognition. -
Identifying and researching potential referral sources within the
industry to establish Blue Balloon ABA's presence within the
assigned territory. -
Educating referral partners, funders and parents on Blue Balloon
ABA's mission and service offerings in order to establish Blue
Balloon ABA as an industry leader.
Developing and building relationships with referral sources to
foster successful partnerships that will generate referrals.
Developing and executing a marketing plan which includes but is not
limited to targeting accounts, running campaigns, planning
community outreach events, and completing on the ground
connections. -
Working collaboratively with the digital marketing team to develop
campaigns across the web, social media, email, and text which will
optimize referral funnels.
Monitoring and evaluating industry trends and perform market
research to identify new opportunities in underserved communities.

Operating as a business partner and collaborates with
multidisciplinary departments to have a clear understanding of
day-to-day operations of Blue Balloon ABA services that through
collaboration the vision and mission of Blue Balloon ABA is
accomplished.
Developing and maintaining a robust pipeline, utilizing CRM and
track progress of pipeline and provide a weekly report on progress.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in business or management, preferred.
A minimum of 2 years of business development experience, preferably
in the autism or behavioral health industry.
Successful track record in developing contacts which result in
increased business.
Working experience in B2B health services sales.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability
to interact in person and on the phone with enthusiasm about Blue
Balloon ABA's services, mission and vision.
An independent drive to exceed established targets.
Strong attention to detail.
Confident in delivering public presentations.
Working experience utilizing CRM tools.
Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
