cFocus Software is seeking -a Mid-Level Scrum Master -to support the -CECOM Army Food Service -program in -Fort Lee, VA. - -Required Qualifications:IAT Level I CertifiedActive Secret Clearance -Experience with Agile FrameworkBachelor's degree with 5 years of experience OR Master's degree with 3 years of experience OR High School diploma or equivalent and 9 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a completed degree.Must have Scrum Master certification.Duties:

Elicits, analyzes, specifies, and validates the business needs of stakeholdersCollaborates with project sponsors to determine project scope and visionWorks with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirementsTranslates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner for the developers/project teamDevelops and conduct reviews of business requirements to ensure that requirement specifications are correctly interpretedCollaborate with customer and development team to identify appropriate technical solutionsCoordinate with customers and/or technical staff to resolve issuesUse accepted project management, application development and documentation standards and processesCoordinate testing, implementation, documentation of applicationsWork as the project manager and provides leadership, guidance, and support to all team membersIn response to COVID-19: Please note we are actively hiring during this time.
