Accomplish troubleshooting, revisions, and updates to ensure maximum user satisfaction and system security and integrity. Manage the organization's network. Act as the team's primary Mac help desk contact for hardware, sof tware, server, network, and database problems. Accomplish queries, extractions, and report programming to meet new functional requirements. Review and prioritize network needs and analyze project costs and feasibility. • Knowledge of Micro sof t SQL Server administration
• Ability to follow and develop SOPs
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
• Bachelor's degreeAdditional Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience with Apple app development
