Job Summary:The CTO will be a strategic and tactical leader overseeing an IT team of 16. This person will directly manage 3 reports - Dir Ops/systems, Director of Security, Director of Analytics and a $10M IT budget.Prior industry experience in Accounting/CPA and/or Legal Practices is desired.Top 3 Initiatives Prioritized in 2025:

• PMS - Practice Management Software will be expiring in 2026, will need to replace immediately.
• Integration of SalesForce framework, reboot.
