What you'll be doing... As our Reporting Manager - Service/Performance, you will be responsible for building, analyzing, preparing and presenting all service and performance related reports within the program. You will administer, design and produce Tower reporting as mutually agreed between Verizon and the customer.* Oversee reporting requirements for Service and Performance as contractually required.* Maintain a repository of performance reports provided.* Manage dashboard reporting, as mutually agreed to with the customer and documented in the Methods and Procedures Manual.* Prepare performance reports and service level reports; these reports will collectively show Verizon's compliance or degree of non-compliance with service levels and compliance with associated performance requirements.* Develop Service Improvement Plan (SIP) as appropriate. What we're looking for... You'll need to have:* Associate's degree or two or more years of work experience.* Three or more years of relevant work experience. Even better if you have:* Bachelor's degree.* Background in Reporting Management.* Program Management reporting experience.* Experience in IT and/or Telecom.* Knowledge of the Service Now toolset.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Excellent abilities in coordinating multiple projects across multiple organizations.* Advanced knowledge of MS office applications.* Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, working across multiple levels of management (internal, external, vendor).* Used understanding of client needs to drive development of solutions that are aligned with customers' emerging business needs.
