Best Company.Job SummaryThe Claims Legal Intern will conduct legal research on a wide range of commercial lines insurance issues. This position will primarily work with Claims Coverage Counsel to assist in conducting legal research on insurance coverage issues involving interpretation of policy language, statutes, and regulations as well as the applicable case law. The Claims Legal Intern may also perform legal research on personal injury tort law issues and participate in meetings with outside insurance coverage and defense firms involving claims-related litigation of insurance coverage and personal injury claims.Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting legal research on various insurance coverage and claim-related issues
• Identify legal trends in relevant insurance coverage and claim-related subject matters
• Review and synthesize information retrieved from various legal databases
