Job Description:
Offit Kurman is seeking to hire a corporate attorney to join our
growing firm. We are looking for a minimum of 7 years'
experience.
This attorney will work on sophisticated corporate transactions
including reorganizations, restructures, financing, acquisitions
and corporate governance. Additionally, responsibilities will
include reviewing and drafting corporate documents including LLCs,
buy-sell agreements, operating agreements, entity formations,
partnership agreements, promissory notes, and employee stock
plans.
Successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual looking
for new opportunities with a growing firm with objective
compensation and promotion criteria.
