Responsibilities:
--- Represent clients in court for reckless driving and DUI cases
--- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
--- Develop case strategies and manage cases from inception to resolution
--- Negotiate with prosecutors and other legal representatives
--- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients
--- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to reckless driving and DUI
--- Communicate with senior associates, paralegals, and clients to ensure cases are handled efficiently

Qualifications:
--- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
--- Admission to the State Bar of Virginia
--- No experience necessary, but 1-3 years of experience in criminal defense preferable with a focus on reckless driving and DUI cases
--- Strong understanding of State DUI and Traffic laws
--- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
--- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
--- Ability to manage multiple cases and work independently
--- High ethical standards and professional integrity
--- Solid communication skills and problem-solving skills required in order to work with clients, staff members and senior attorneys
