Our client, a reputable law firm in Virginia Beach, VA, is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join its expanding litigation team. This role involves managing a caseload of personal injury cases from inception through trial, including auto accidents, premises liability, and wrongful death claims.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of personal injury cases through all phases of litigation.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, depositions, and trials.
Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies.
Collaborate with legal staff and other attorneys to ensure effective case management.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the legal process.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
Licensed and in good standing with the Virginia State Bar.
5-7 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
Trial experience is preferred.
Proficiency in legal research and case management software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
