Malpractice Associate Attorney in Richmond An established
Virginia-based firm with over 100 years in practice is seeking a
Medical Malpractice Associate Attorney to join its team in
Richmond. This firm is widely respected for its meticulous case
preparation, compassionate client service, and long history of
securing meaningful results for individuals and families impacted
by medical negligence. The ideal candidate will have experience in
plaintiff-side medical malpractice. This position offers hands-on
responsibility, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to
handle challenging and sophisticated med-mal matters alongside a
seasoned team of trial attorneys. Offer: Salary up to $175k base
with bonus potential that can easily push total compensation into

membership in good standing Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of
medical malpractice matters from investigation through resolution
or trial Work closely with medical experts, review records, and
prepare detailed case evaluations Conduct discovery, take and
defend depositions, and draft motions and pleadings Represent
clients in mediations, hearings, and trial Collaborate with senior
attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to build strong,
evidence-driven cases Maintain frequent client communication and
ensure exceptional service throughout the lifecycle of each case -
